Firmware Update Instructions

1. Power On the Device
2. Connect the device to your computer with the data cable that we provided
3. Click "Update Firmware"
4. If this is the first time, a window will pop up. Select the Pitchcom Device shown, then click "Connect".
5. If another window says "Device is in Bootloader Mode", choose "CONFIRM".
   If you've done this before on this computer, you may not see this message.
6. Click "Bootloader" in the pop-up window and choose "Connect"
7. The process will complete and display writing in GREEN indicating success.
8. Repeat these steps for each device
